Summer is a time for reading and relaxing!
July 5 - August 21
What is the Teen Summer Reading Club?
The Teen Summer Reading Club is a program that encourages reading. This summer, keep track of the time you spend reading for a chance to win weekly prizes and a grand prize! The more you read, the better your chances are of winning. If you read 100 minutes a week, your name will be entered into a draw for a weekly prize. And we will keep your ballots for an end of the summer grand prize that will be held in August. We will contact all winners by phone.
Come by the library to get a Reading Log that will help you keep track of your reading any time after June 19. Reading challenges start on July 5.
How Do I Report My Reading?
We encourage you to use Reader Zone to report your reading minutes to us. By the end of each week (before the end of Sunday), go to Reader Zone and record your total minutes read.
The Reader Zone Program Code for the Teen Summer Reading Club is 6c686.
Although the program doesn't start until July 12, you can pre-register anytime.
