Student Library Cards
We are happy to help you get library cards for your class. To get your students library cards, follow these steps:
- Send home our Student Library Card Registration Form for parents to complete. Students ages 13+ can sign their own form.
- Confirm that the student's address listed on their Student Library Card Registration Form is correct according to your school's records. Sign off on each form attesting to this confirmation.
- Completed forms can be dropped off at the Reader's Advisory Desk or emailed to cys@bellevillelibrary.ca.
- We will require five working days to process forms. Completed library cards can be either picked up by students during a scheduled class visit or can be picked up in bulk by the teacher to be distributed in the classroom.
