Stirling Mill

Belleville Public Library is a partner library with the Stirling Musical Instrument Lending Library (Stirling MILL). Belleville Public Library offers patron registration and convenient pick up and drop off of musical instruments.

The Stirling MILL, located in the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library, is an independent not-for-profit corporation that lends musical instruments to residents of Belleville, Quinte West, Stirling, Campbellford and other villages, small towns and rural municipalities across Hastings & Northumberland Counties.
