Student Library Cards

We are happy to help you get library cards for your class. To get your students library cards, follow these steps:

  1. Send home our Student Library Card Registration Form for parents to complete. Students ages 13+ can sign their own form.
  2. Confirm that the student’s address listed on their Student Library Card Registration Form is correct according to your school’s records. Sign off on each form attesting to this confirmation.
  3. Completed forms can be dropped off at the Reader’s Advisory Desk or emailed to cys@bellevillelibrary.ca.
  4. We will require five working days to process forms. Completed library cards can be either picked up by students during a scheduled class visit or can be picked up in bulk by the teacher to be distributed in the classroom.
