“Bug’s Eye View” – watercolour on paper, 8″x6″
From the branches of a serviceberry bush, we look out at the bright spring sun and smell the lovely, tiny white blossoms. Using masking fluid and some odd tools, we will create this pretty spring scene as we practice our brushstrokes and layering.
In this workshop, we are inspired by his famous paintings of the lakes, rocks, inlets and jack pines of Northern Ontario as we use small brushstrokes and separated colours to build our own view of Georgian Bay.
