Saskatchewan Landscape
When traveling through Saskatchewan, one cannot help but be struck by that big prairie sky.
Acres of grasslands and wheat fields lead to small towns and farmsteads made tiny by the great expanse of blue above them. In this workshop, we use one big and one tiny brush—and a sponge—plus an extreme example of ‘vertical composition’ to create this slice of a classic Western landscape.
