Cookbook Club 

Hungry to try new recipes, techniques and foods?  Join us as we bite into the most delicious type of books – cookbooks! Each month we will discuss a specific cuisine or ingredient. Before the meeting, participants are encouraged to check out a cookbook based on the month’s theme and try out a recipe.  The Cookbook Club meets at 3 pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month.

In June we will turn over a new leaf with Salads. Cold or warm, savoury or sweet - lettuce share our favourite salad recipes!
