The thing about noise is….I paint it
After many years of making and studying art, painter Joanna McFarland has come to be a nonobjective painter whose works are inspired and informed by music, especially jazz, blues and classical guitar.. Her exhibition “The thing about noise is….I paint it” is a selection of her latest works and she invites you to visit, explore and discover. Joanna says: “My work is liberating, evocative and stimulating. It is all about freedom – the freedom to think and feel and to see what you want to see.”

Cottage Country (Near and Far)
Susan Moshynski’s “Cottage Country (Near and Far)” is a collection of vivid “loose landscapes” that are representational, but with abstract elements. This is a new technique for this artist and she has really immersed herself in the work to prepare for this show and to hone her expertise with this genre. Many of us are more familiar with her wonderful Caricatures and cartoons, but with a fine arts degree Susan is a very capable portrait and traditional painter as well.
