PAWS for Reading is a program that allows children to read aloud to a therapy dog in order to improve reading and communication skills. Children will read individually to trained therapy dog (and her handler) in our 1st Floor Program Room where they can feel comfortable and confident — and have fun! After all, a dog will not correct them or make them feel awkward if they stumble.
